Approved anchoring, sealed penetrations, water tests, and documented as‑builts; warranty terms maintained.
Monsoon working?
Weather windows, temporary covers, and non‑slip PPE; critical lifts paused during high winds.
Insurance coverage?
Contractor all‑risk during build; post‑COD asset and liability cover recommendations with insurers.
Can we place panels over asbestos/old sheets?
We do not mount on asbestos. We propose sheet replacement (PPGI/AL) or carports to preserve parking while generating power.
